We are a chartered company with CIOB qualifications in all project running, site set up, health and safety and project management.

We currently employ 10 regular first-class tradesmen and four all rounders. We also use sub contractors on a regular basis, who have all been working with us for the last fifteen years or so.

We use all of our own equipment including cleaning tools giving us no reason to ever ask to use the client's. All our projects are left clean and tidy after each day's work to leave the client comfortable to enjoy their own home and not feel intruded on.

We have public liability insurance up to £2 million and will always offer you a copy for your reassurance before we progress with any works.

Our policy at Kent Building Services is to maintain our clientele therefore, our works are of a very high standard and are totally hassle free. We can support all we offer with not only recommendations, but also a tour of all projects in progress, enabling you to get a real idea of our standards and set up. Anyone can supply a reference, but actually seeing work in progress is the real thing.
